KONAMI CODE HITS 100,000 VIEWS ON YOUTUBE!
Wednesday, April 14th, 2010 - #5832 - UPDATES / HONORSTags: BarelyDigital, Coin-Op TV, Doc Mock, Konami Code, Rob Welkner, Youtube
We’ve done it again! Buy Mii a Wii hit 100,000 views on YouTube back in 2008, and now I am proud to announce that Konami Code (Paper Planes Parody) has done the same!
It officially went over 100,000 views this past Saturday night, April 10, 2010. I was going to see Upright Citizens Arcade starring “Keith Apicary” at the UCB Theatre in Los Angeles when I checked my cell phone and saw the news on the views. And how’s this for awesome? When finding out about the honor, I was actually with Rob Welkner of Coin-Op TV who makes a cameo appearance in the video, and Roger Barr, creator and star of Doc Mock’s Movie Mausoleum where I performed the song live. What a celebration!
