My friends Erin Schwall (chickletgurl13 on YouTube, you may also remember her as the sexy lady from Blac Efron) and Heath Butler (@HeathButler on Twitter) are doing a Breast Cancer Walk. They recently did a video to promote their walk and ask for donations.

And what better way to promote a walk than spoofing a Rocky I-Balboa training montage! And guess who gets to play the coach helping them build some hurting bombs! Yeeeeeah! Seriously, listen to my neck crack. It’s amazing. Matt Ryan, who accompanied me to the Smash Bros. Brawl Midnight Launch, is in the short, too.

If you’re in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, June 21, 2009, you should see their “2 Drink for Ta-Ta’s” improv show. The proceeds of the show will go toward their donations. Laughing and a good cause are a great combination. If you can’t go to the show or aren’t in the area, you can still make donations to help them fight Breast Cancer. Thanks for showing your support. Last month, two hilarious improv groups in Los Angeles, Temporary Insanity and So Funny It Squirts, teamed up to do a benefit show for a new piano for an improv theater. I had the pleasure to be in this improvised piece… a musical set in a small coffee shop.

And the best part is I get to sing about one of the coolest toys ever!

Black History Month is almost over, people, so here’s a fun improv video from Kelsea and her “black friends” Janae and Jen, answering the public’s questions they’ve always wanted to ask black friends. Very funny stuff from my fellow black nerds and friends.

The thing that’s funny about Hollywood is that you can meet someone who’s a wonderful and strong working actor and not even know it. That’s what happened to me tonight.

I was performing at ComedySportz in Hollywood. It’s a show where two teams play improv games to compete for laughs and points. It’s a totally cool show and you should see it, it’s for all ages. Okay, plug over, back to the story.

One of the games was a guessing game that required me to leave the room. To prove we’re not cheating (cause no one believes in magic anymore), we take an audience member with us.

A young lady volunteered to go out of the room and we stand outside to make small talk.

She introduces herself. Her name is Vanessa.
