My friends Erin Schwall (chickletgurl13 on YouTube, you may also remember her as the sexy lady from Blac Efron) and Heath Butler (@HeathButler on Twitter) are doing a Breast Cancer Walk. They recently did a video to promote their walk and ask for donations.

And what better way to promote a walk than spoofing a Rocky I-Balboa training montage! And guess who gets to play the coach helping them build some hurting bombs! Yeeeeeah! Seriously, listen to my neck crack. It’s amazing. Matt Ryan, who accompanied me to the Smash Bros. Brawl Midnight Launch, is in the short, too.

If you’re in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, June 21, 2009, you should see their “2 Drink for Ta-Ta’s” improv show. The proceeds of the show will go toward their donations. Laughing and a good cause are a great combination. If you can’t go to the show or aren’t in the area, you can still make donations to help them fight Breast Cancer. Thanks for showing your support.
