So it’s official! On October 23, 1958, the Smurfs were introduced to the world. Now, 50 years later, those little blue guys are still kickin’ it! Happy Anniversary, Smurfs!

I never realized the Smurfs’ birthday are two days before mine! Maybe that’s why I have such a strong connection to them.

But I’m not 50. Yet.
