This week I review Oliver Stone’s W. for Movie Mob. Fair warning, my comments are about the MOVIE, not the President. Those who know me know how I truly feel. Let’s just say I like Colin Powell.
A couple of years ago, I starred in an independent film, The Breakdance Kid. You might not be able to recognize me. Cause I call myself Katfish. And wear a giant afro. Here’s the trailer for the film that I found recently on YouTube.

A Religious Experience was a short I did in Austin, Texas a few years ago. It was a 2005 finalist for the show, Project Greenlight. After my videotape copy of it was starting to wear out, I decided to search for Matt Pulliam, the director of the film, to try to get a new copy.
I did one better. I found the actual film on YouTube! So now you all can see it. I’m the preacher in it and I LOVED playing this part! God is good, people. And so is playoff season.
I’m not in it a mega-lot (is that a word?), but check out the clip from this week’s Movie Mob where me and other Movie Mobsters review Burn After Reading from The Brothers Coen.

So there’s this online show called Arcade on ManiaTV. I was referred by the fine people at Coin-Op TV to go on the show to compete in their game show portion of the show called Gameology.
I was told I was going up against a girl, Tomb Raider cosplayer Vanessa Arrevillaga to be exact. I was nervous. Don’t let Girl Gamers fool you, they are super-hardcore! I mean, look at Pansy Warrior Princess! But then, once the show began, this turned out to be the first category…
CLASSIC ARCADE STANDUP GAMES? SERIOUSLY???
Well, I think we all know how this turned out.
P.S. Sorry I’m so serious on the show. I wanted to be goofy, but I thought that was the theme of the show based on the other episodes I saw. Hey, Black Nerd… WHY… SO… SERIOUS?
Last month, two hilarious improv groups in Los Angeles, Temporary Insanity and So Funny It Squirts, teamed up to do a benefit show for a new piano for an improv theater. I had the pleasure to be in this improvised piece… a musical set in a small coffee shop.
And the best part is I get to sing about one of the coolest toys ever!
Here’s the Movie Mob, featuring a huge chunk o’me, reviewing Nicolas Cage (and his hair) in Bangkok Dangerous… the #1 movie in America… on the worst movie weekend in 5 years. Congratulations?
