(Console Wars) Xbox and PSP vs. Wii and DS FIGHT!

This week, it seems the thing to do is try to beat Nintendo at its own game.
No pun intended.
First, there’s the story that Xbox360 is lowering the price of its “Arcade” version to $199, a whole 50 bucks below the Nintendo Wii.
That’s great! Now you can afford to see all those games in high-definition and store all your game data on its big-@$$ hard drive.
Oh wait, the “Arcade” version doesn’t have HD or a big-@$$ hard drive…
…Awkward.
Over in Japanland, Sony is releasing a new PSP-3000 (no relation to Andre-3000), to try to compete with the Nintendo DS.
They brag the new PSP (sorry, I refuse to call it PSP-3000… this ain’t The Jetsons!) will have a better LCD screen, a quicker response time, and a built-in microphone.
You know, so you can make phone calls on it. Or you can use a phone.
I say why stop there. DS has two screens. Beat them at their game. Make a PSP with 3 screens! No, 7! And paint that system with chrome!
And you gotta put Yoda’s face on it. Don’t worry, Lucas’ll let you. He’s all about bastardizing the franchise lately, or have you not played Soul Calibur IV or seen the Clone Wars movie.
Keep trying, Microsoft. Keep trying, Sony. Lower your prices. Add your enhancements.
But remember, no matter what, there’s one thing Nintendo has that neither of you don’t. And that is…
…THE MIYAMOTO!!!

Personally I’ll stick with my PS2 I just had to buy a new one because my old one died on me. I actually made a tube of you video about it, it’s called RIP you should check it out if you want.

I ended up going to buy a silver PS2. I saw the black screen of death as I call it for my Black PS2.
Personally the only thing I want to buy when I can afford it is a ipod Touch.

I thought this was going to be a thing where you’d diss Nintenod and stuff, and I was curious. After reading it all and seeing the end picture….dude, you’re awesome.

Umm the arcade can do HD…. Awkward
And Nintendo my have “THE MIYAMOTO”, but i say they can have him. He hasn’t made a good game in a long time and they keep coming out with crappy remakes of his old games so people can play them with the horribly built Wii remote. if you want a system that has crap games, a horribly online system and no HD what so ever by all means the Wii is the system for you.
oh and i agree with on the ds vs psp thing you said.
